This is a meal in a glass packed with good fats and protein and a dose of chocolate for the chocolate lovers.
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp cocao powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp hemp seeds or protein powder
2 tbsp coconut milk powder
250ml water

INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Top with a sprinkle of cacao nibs and sliced banana if desired.
