The Seedy Sister offers free delivery all over the Sunshine Coast and Hinterlands, including Gympie township for orders over $50. All products are packed in paper bags in our hygienic coolroom and delivered straight to your door to ensure our customers get the highest level of quality and service. Please refer to the map which outlines the areas of the Sunshine Coast we deliver to. For Gympie residents, please see note below.

Deliveries are completed within 3 business days of an order being placed, but because we want to provide excellent service and get our goods to you as soon as possible, in many cases delivery occurs within 1-2 business days. Our delivery days generally take place from Monday - Thursday.

Once an order is made, you will receive an invoice via email which indicates we have received your order. If for any reason you do not receive this email, please contact us directly. You will be notified via text message on the day of your delivery and sent another message once the delivery has been dropped off. You are also able to indicate a preferred delivery day and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

On your order, please ensure you indicate in the comments section where you would like us to place your delivery in the instance that you will not be home. We also suggest that your goods are not left out for long periods of time due to some products being sensitive to the elements.

If you have any bottles to return to us, please leave them outside your house for us to collect. You can also indicate this on your order so we do not charge you for another bottle.

If you have placed an order for any household products, including dishwashing and laundry liquid, shampoo, conditioner or hand and body wash, we ask that you leave out some bottles for us to re-fill at your house. Or if you would like us to supply the product in a glass bottle, please indicate this on your order.

FOR GYMPIE RESIDENTS: Please note that at the current time, we only deliver to Gympie City Centre and any towns south of this. We are unable to travel to any towns north of Gympie centre. If you are unsure whether we are able to deliver to you, please get in touch with us.
