Iced Chai Tea

Iced tea is refreshing and hydrating and a great way to extra hydration when the weather is warmer with all the benefits of the herbs you are using.


1 tsp per cup

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup dairy free milk of choice

Multiply according to how many you want to make.

  • Brew your Seedy Sister Chai Tea, then let it chill.
  • Once it's cold, add ice cubes and optionally give it a whirl in a high-speed blender to create that perfect icy sensation.
  • Top it off with a spoonful of coconut cream and a sprinkle of Seedy Sister Cinnamon. It's like a sip of sunshine in a glass! 🥤🌞

Brewing Chai the Right Way ☕

  • Use 1 tsp of chai tea per cup.
  • Combine half water and half dairy-free milk like almond or coconut milk.
  • Warm it up in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 3-5 minutes. Don't let it boil!
  • Strain and add your desired sweetener. We recommend coconut sugar or rapadura.
  • Chill and enjoy!
