Seedy Sister Hot Chocolate

Let's tempt your taste buds with a divine Seedy Sisters Hot Chocolate recipe that far surpasses any store-bought varieties packed with refined sugar and questionable ingredients.

Made with Cacao, the raw form of chocolate full of antioxidants, flavonoids  and mood enhancing properties, this is a hot chocolate you don't have to feel guilty about.


2 cups plant based mylk

2 heaped teaspoons cacao powder

1 tablespoon maple syrup, coconut sugar  or rapadura

Pinch Himalayan Salt

Optional extras 

½ vanilla bean scraped (optional, but delicious) 

½ teaspoon cinnamon powder 

Pinch ground ginger.




Simply combine the mylk, cacao powder, sweetener, and salt in a saucepan, whisking it all together.

Add any optional extras you desire and gently warm until simmering. Be sure not to let it boil.

Taste and adjust sweetness or spiciness to suit your preferences. Serve it up warm and pair it with our almond meal chocolate chip cookies for a heavenly combo!
