Mango Macadamia Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding

¼ cup chia seeds

1-11/2 cups cashew or macadamia milk 

1 tbsp maple syrup

Pinch celtic salt

½ vanilla bean, seeds scraped out.



1 large mango, diced or sliced

4 tbsp coconut chips

½ cup macadamias, chopped


Combine chia pudding ingredients in a bowl and stir well.

Allow to sit for 10 minutes. (Can soak overnight)

Scoop into 4 small bowls and top with mango, coconut chips and macadamias and a drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
