Healthy Hot Chocolate
This delicious hot chocolate will be sure to warm you up during those cold mornings and evenings. Packed full of all the good stuff, but definitely not lacking decadence.
This recipe serves two and is adapted from Love and Lemons.
2 ½ Cups plant milk of choice (I would use almond or oat as my preference)
2 Tbsp Seedy Sister Organic Cacao Powder
1 Tbsp Seedy Sister Organic Maca Powder
2 Tbsp Seedy Sister Organic Maple Syrup
½ Tsp Seedy Sister Organic Coconut Oil
¼ Tsp Seedy Sister Organic Ground Cinnamon
Pinch Seedy Sister Fine Lake Salt
In a blender, add all ingredients and blend for 30 seconds (can also be whisked by hand).
Transfer to a small saucepan and warm over medium heat. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking. If it is too thick, add a little more milk.
Serve warm and enjoy.
