Celtic Salt is unrefined and contains potassium, selenium, plus many trace elements, such as copper, iron, zinc, manganese and chromium and also trace amounts of iodine. This salt is grey in colour because it is not bleached and in its natural state. A great salt to use in cooking, sprinkle on salads or add to your water occasionally to replenish mineral salts.
