The Seedy Sister offers free delivery on the Sunshine Coast for orders over $80. All products are packed in paper bags in our hygienic coolroom and delivered straight to your door to ensure our customers get the highest level of quality and service.

Orders placed before 2pm on Tuesday will be packed and delivered on Wednesday and Thursdays. Orders placed after 2pm on Tuesday will be delivered the following week. This allows our delivery drivers are able to plan their delivery routes effectively, ensuring products arrive as fresh as possible.

As a general rule, orders for delivery north of our warehouse in Coolum will be delivered on Wednesdays, and orders for delivery south of Coolum will be delivered on Thursdays. Whenever possible, orders are packed and delivered on the same day to ensure freshness.

Once an order is made, you will receive an invoice via email which indicates we have received your order. If for any reason you do not receive this email, please contact us directly. You will be notified via text message on the day of your delivery  when your order is on the way.

On your order, please ensure you indicate in the comments section where you would like us to place your delivery in the instance that you will not be home. We also suggest that your goods are not left out for long periods of time due to some products being sensitive to the elements.

If you have any bottles to return to us, please leave them outside your house for us to collect. You can also indicate this on your order so we do not charge you for another bottle.
