At The Seedy Sister, we offer free delivery across the Sunshine Coast for orders over $80. Every order is carefully packed in paper bags within our hygienic cool room and delivered straight to your door — ensuring the highest standards of quality, freshness, and service.

Delivery Schedule
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on Tuesday are packed and delivered on Wednesday or Thursday of the same week.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Tuesday will be delivered the following week.

This scheduling allows our drivers to plan efficient routes and deliver your products in the freshest condition possible.

As a general guideline:

• Deliveries north of Coolum are completed on Wednesdays.
• Deliveries south of Coolum are completed on Thursdays.
  Whenever feasible, orders are packed and delivered on the same day to maximise freshness.

Order Confirmation & Notifications
Once your order has been received, you will receive an invoice via email as confirmation. If you do not receive this email, please contact us directly. On your delivery day, you’ll receive a text message notification when your order is on its way.

Delivery Instructions
If you won’t be home during delivery, please include instructions in the comments section of your order specifying where you’d like your delivery placed. As some items are sensitive to heat and moisture, we recommend that goods are not left outdoors for extended periods.

Bottle Returns
If you have bottles to return, simply leave them outside for collection. Please note this in your order so that we can ensure you are not charged for replacement bottles.
